The Marketing Performance Operations Specialist supports the demand generation team by managing paid media reporting, attribution, tracking implementation, and marketing data systems. This role ensures campaign performance is accurately measured and provides actionable insights that help the paid media team optimize budgets and improve lead generation outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in marketing analytics, marketing ops, or performance marketing reporting
- Experience working with Google Analytics, advertising platform reporting, SQL and BI reporting tools (Snowflake preferred)
- Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and conversion tracking – specifically incrementality studies.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
