We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Product Marketing & Growth Associate to improve communication, engage farmers, and drive user growth. This hands-on position involves working closely with the founder on user acquisition, product messaging, growth initiatives, storytelling, app installations, WhatsApp outreach, content development, and growth experiments.
Requirements
- Execute app install and farmer acquisition campaigns
- Coordinate and execute Meta/Google campaigns with agencies or freelancers
- Improve user onboarding and activation flows
- Support referral and retention campaigns
- Track campaign performance and growth metrics
- Simplify and communicate GramIQ’s value proposition clearly
- Create marketing communication for farmers and agribusinesses
- Improve Play Store/App Store communication and creatives
- Write simple and impactful campaign copy in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Create WhatsApp communication journeys and engagement flows
- Create social media and growth content
- Convert field insights into stories, reels, and campaigns
- Capture farmer success stories and testimonials
- Support founder branding and LinkedIn communication
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, freelancers, and agencies
- Manage execution timelines and follow-ups
- Understand farmer behavior and communication patterns
- Gather market and user insights from campaigns and field interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement
