Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Hunter who can drive new logo acquisition within the BFSI segment. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise opportunities into long-term client relationships.
What You Will Do
Identify, target, and acquire new BFSI enterprise clients, build and execute account entry strategies, drive end-to-end sales cycle, consistently build a strong, qualified pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, position IT services, digital transformation, and AI-led solutions, negotiate commercials and drive deal closure.

Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Services / Digital / Technology Sales
- Strong track record in new logo acquisition (hunter role)
- Experience selling into BFSI enterprise clients is mandatory
- Proven success in closing mid to large-sized deals
