Assistant Brand Manager, Professional Hair

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join Wella Company’s regional marketing team, supporting brand strategy and execution across the CEEMEA FSD region. This role will play a key part in localizing global brand initiatives, driving impactful marketing campaigns, and translating consumer and market insights into strong brand growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign localization, and go-to-market execution in multi-country or regional environments
