Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager – Security is responsible for driving revenue, gross profit, and margin performance across the Central Region. This role leads and develops a team of Account Managers and Internal Account Managers, focused on delivering Security and Data Solutions to security integrators.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue, gross profit, and margin targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key security integrators and strategic customers, while directly managing a small portfolio of priority accounts.
