Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

The Senior Director, FP&A leads corporate financial planning and analysis activities across Westlake, with responsibility for enterprise-level FP&A deliverables and for partnering with segment and business unit finance teams. The incumbent serves as a key strategic finance leader and business partner to executive leadership, shaping Westlake’s financial plans in support of its long-term strategy and capital deployment priorities.

What You Will Do

Drive an integrated, disciplined budgeting and target-setting process across the enterprise, lead the development and continuous improvement of Westlake’s enterprise forecasting capabilities, and provide analysis and decision support for Corporate Development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success leading strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes at a corporate, segment, or large business-unit level
