SVP/VP Corporate Affairs & Communications (Digital Infra)

Senior Corporate Affairs, Communications, PR and Reputation leaders in digital infrastructure – confidential global CEO-facing mandate.

A large and fast-growing digital infrastructure / data-centre platform is appointing an SVP/VP Corporate Affairs & Communications, Global (Head), based in Singapore.

The centre of gravity is corporate reputation, global PR, executive visibility, analyst / investor communications, government engagement, issues management and market trust.

Reporting directly to the Global CEO, this leader will shape how the business is seen, understood and trusted across customers, investors, analysts, media, regulators, policymakers and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global PR, media relations and corporate reputation strategy

• Shape external narrative across customers, investors, analysts, regulators and industry stakeholders

• Strengthen executive visibility, thought leadership and market influence

• Manage issues, crisis communications and reputation risk

• Support analyst, investor and capital-markets communications

• Establish the operating model, team capability and partner ecosystem for global communications

Key Requirements

• Mandatory: experienced in digital infrastructure, data centres, cloud, telecoms, AI infrastructure, energy, utilities or adjacent infrastructure sectors

• Over 20 years in Corporate Affairs, Communications, External Affairs, PR, Reputation or related leadership roles

• Strong media, analyst, investor, regulator and government stakeholder exposure

• Experience engaging governments, regulators, industry associations and local communities around major infrastructure or regulated-market environments

• Track record in high-growth, listed, pre-IPO, PE-backed or capital-intensive environments, with proven judgement in reputation-sensitive situations

• Ability to turn technical, infrastructure-led topics into sharp, credible and commercially relevant market messaging, with gravitas to operate with CEOs, boards and investors
