Sales Operations & Revenue Forecasting Leader

ByteDance’s BytePlus team seeks an experienced Sales Operations/Revenue Operations leader to partner with regional Sales leadership across APAC/EMEA. You will drive forecasting accuracy, revenue planning, and end-to-end L2C process design, including CRM enhancements and standardized sales motions for cloud/AI infrastructure sales.

You will build analytics, dashboards, and risk alerts to guide regional leadership and HQ.
