Are you someone who can take a premium brand concept and turn it into a flawless, physical experience?

We are looking for a hands-on Events Manager to join a growing experiential agency working with high-profile luxury and retail brands. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action – from managing carpentry builds and installations to coordinating premium merchandise and ensuring every detail is delivered to an exceptional standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of luxury, retail and experiential brand projects
• Manage physical production including carpentry, booths, fixtures and installations
• Coordinate layout plans, technical drawings, materials, finishes and production details
• Oversee the production of premium swag and branded merchandise, both locally and overseas
• Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers and on-site execution
• Coordinate closely with vendors, production partners and internal stakeholders
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all deliverables meet strict luxury brand guidelines
• Be hands-on throughout the project lifecycle – from planning and production to final installation and execution

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in events, experiential marketing, luxury, retail or a related industry
• Hands-on experience managing carpentry, fabrication, physical builds or event production
• Experience coordinating premium merchandise, gifting or branded swag
• Strong project management, vendor coordination and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail with a strong eye for quality and finishes
• Calm, resourceful and accountable, especially when working under tight timelines
• Someone who is comfortable getting involved on the ground rather than managing purely from a desk

Good to Have

• Experience working with luxury, beauty, fashion or premium retail brands
• Regional production experience, particularly China / overseas sourcing and manufacturing
• Familiarity with luxury brand standards and guidelines
