Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Sales Engineer (IT Products and Services) to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by prospecting customers, selling IT products and services, managing sales opportunities, and building strong customer relationships to achieve revenue
Job Description
- Prospect and engage new customers through cold calling, lead follow-up and B2B sales activities to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell IT products and services, including hardware, software and IT training solutions, while providing professional product recommendations.
- Manage sales leads, opportunities and customer information using CRM, HubSpot and MYOB, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and purchasing teams to convert leads, process sales orders and support customer requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest IT products and technologies through continuous training to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Job Requirements
- Nitec, Diploma or Degree in IT or Engineering related course
- Equipped with IT knowledge in hardware or software (e.g. desktop, server, and related software)
- Applicants with sales experience are preferred
- Sales and customer driven with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skillEntry Level Applicants are welcome to apply
- Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager position
