### Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Marketing Manager to develop and lead digital marketing strategies for our food manufacturing and F&B business operations.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and business growth.

2. Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.

3. Oversee social media management, content creation, online promotions and brand positioning.

4. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for food products, restaurant brands and F&B business operations.

5. Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance and optimise return on investment (ROI).

6. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer trend assessments.

7. Oversee SEO, SEM, website performance and digital marketing analytics.

8. Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies and business partners.

9. Prepare marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

10. Lead digital marketing projects and support business expansion initiatives.

### Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline would be an advantage.

– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably with managerial responsibilities.

– Strong knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media marketing and analytics.

– Proven experience in campaign planning, budget management and brand development.

– Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.

– Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

– Experience in the F&B, food manufacturing or retail industry would be an advantage.
