The Role

As part of our Strategic Communications team, you will support NTUC’s mission by working with media partners to build greater mindshare for NTUC’s work among our target audiences. Specifically:

• You will develop impactful media materials to amplify NTUC’s key messages and initiatives that serve union members and the working people of Singapore
• You will engage, build relations and partnerships, and work with media partners, across different mediums, to build awareness and understanding about NTUC’s work, and influence and develop stories with them
• You will partner stakeholders across the NTUC family, including the affiliated unions, social enterprises, as well as other partners, to identify opportunities to create greater mindshare about NTUC’s work

Job Requirements

• A passion for helping our working people lead better lives through work, live and play.
• Degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing Communications, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in mother tongue, both spoken and written, will be an added advantage.
• A good team player who is self-motivated, resourceful, with an affable personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
