Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for product optimization and establish requirements based on user insights and data analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth end-to-end product delivery.
- Track, analyze, and provide actionable insights from core product metrics for optimization.
- Oversee daily operations, including content governance and user experience monitoring, while coordinating with various cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross functional teams to:
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for new feature launches, including user communication and promotional activities.
- Plan and implement campaigns to enhance user engagement and activity.
- Create and execute growth strategies aimed at improving core product metrics.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations or a related field; relevant experience in the crypto/Web3 industry is essential, with a strong advantage for trading product expertise.
- Proficient in data analysis with practical experience in analytics tools.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, adept at managing projects in a fast-paced settings.
- Proven capability to independently devise and execute growth initiatives.
- Experience with social or content platforms is advantageous.
