FRACTIONAL CRO for Series B D2C/B2B2C

We’re Representing: A Series B-funded marketplace platform in Southeast Asia targeting enterprises.

The Role: Design and execute the revenue playbook to triple the revenue in 18 months. You’ll fix marketing spend, design sales expansion strategy, build the team, and architect unit economics.

You’ll Own:

  • Revenue strategy and unit economics modelling
  • Marketing spend audit and channel optimisation (fix the 2% ROAS problem)
  • Sales expansion playbook (who owns what, commission structure, quota)
  • Hiring VP Sales and CMO (write JDs, interview, support placement)
  • Customer expansion strategy (upsells, repeat purchase, AOV growth)
  • Competitive positioning and messaging
  • Board reporting and investor relations
  • What We Need:

    • 10+ years building enterprise or marketplace revenue orgs
    • Track record scaling companies from
    • Deep expertise in unit economics, CAC/LTV modeling, and channel mix
    • Comfort with marketplace dynamics (balancing buyer and seller economics)
    • Proven ability to hire and coach VP Sales/CMO

    Fractional Terms:

    • SGD $17,000-$20,000/month (2-3 days/week)
    • 6-9 month contract
