Senior Financial Analyst

Adecco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for accurate financial reporting along with responsibilities in Budgeting & Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and provide comprehensive narratives for business decision-making
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures
• Identify cost savings opportunities through income statement analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Research and document GAAP-related issues for external financial reporting
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end analyses
• Review and validate expenses for proper authorization and compliance
• Support cross-training initiatives within the accounting team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of related accounting & finance experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Preferred:

• CPA certification
• Public accounting experience
