About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis to lead all finance activities for its Watch Maisons in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with a strong internal control environment. This strategic role involves being a key business partner to the Watch Maisons Presidents and the Americas business, providing comprehensive financial support to enable strategic decision-making, and optimizing the Maisons' fixed cost leverage, profit, and cash flow. The AVP will also oversee a team of four FP&A analysts, manage the monthly close process, and be involved in capital expenditure management.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 10 to 15 years' FP&A experience, preferably in a large, multinational, publicly traded company. A background in luxury and/or retail is a plus. The role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, strong business acumen, and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Technical skills should include proficiency in MS-Excel, SAP Business Objects Analysis, PowerPoint, Looker/GCP, and Power BI, with experience in SAP and Anaplan being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
