About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading strategic finance and capital markets activities, providing executive leadership with critical financial evaluations and recommendations for major investments, growth initiatives, and financing decisions. This role is pivotal in business case development, strategic financial modeling, and capital allocation recommendations. The AVP will also be responsible for evaluating joint ventures, partnerships, and other strategic transactions, as well as supporting long-term financial sustainability through disciplined investment evaluation and capital structure planning.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic and corporate finance, investment evaluation, and capital markets, with a preference for those with experience in the healthcare industry. Key qualifications include a CPA or other relevant professional designation, strong financial modeling and strategic finance capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial matters effectively. The role requires a high level of judgment, initiative, and the ability to build productive relationships across various functions.
