This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling revenue, generating high-quality leads, and driving consumer engagement, particularly within retail-oriented healthcare environments. The CMO will be tasked with developing and owning the comprehensive marketing strategy, including demand generation, patient acquisition, and brand development, and will be expected to lead a high-performing marketing organization, fostering a culture of measurement, experimentation, and optimization.

Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing.
