About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Planning Strategy and Execution to join its Client Solutions leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the enterprise financial planning strategy, with a focus on building a protection-first, holistic planning model that integrates various financial services. This role involves designing and evolving a comprehensive financial planning framework, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring the offering remains relevant and differentiated. The Head will also lead the development of digital planning capabilities, translate complex financial concepts into practical solutions, and advance sophisticated planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field, with a strong background in leading planning or advice strategy. The role requires a deep understanding of how different financial products work together in a holistic financial plan, as well as experience in supporting complex client needs and building scalable models. The Head will be expected to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure that the financial planning strategies align with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
