The Company is in search of a VP of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to play a pivotal role in the development of the finance infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, as well as owning board, lender, and executive reporting. This role demands a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years' experience, a strong FP&A background in a complex operating environment, and a proven track record of driving performance across multiple business units. The VP of FP&A will also be instrumental in KPI development, performance management, and will partner closely with operations and executive leadership on strategic decision-making.
