About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for People Operations and Experience to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its global people operating model. This leadership position is not confined to traditional HR operations; instead, it demands a visionary who can integrate strong people operations experience with a deep understanding of talent management, leadership development, and technology-enabled transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading a scalable people operations and experience roadmap that aligns with the business strategy, global growth, and the dynamic needs of the workforce. Key responsibilities include establishing clear operating models, service standards, and success metrics, as well as championing a technology-forward approach that encompasses AI-enabled workflows, people analytics, and data governance.

Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should possess significant progressive people/HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in talent management, learning and development, and HR technology. The role requires a leader who can simplify processes, build scalable systems, and lead through senior functional leaders to ensure the people function is equipped for growth and agility. Experience in change leadership, particularly in complex, global, or technology-oriented environments, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive partnership skill set, the ability to connect people investments to business outcomes, and a comfort level with operating in an environment of ambiguity and high expectations. A background in technology-enabled business, such as SaaS, software, or professional services, is a plus, as is experience with AI-enabled HR practices and a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
