We’re hiring: Marketing Operations Manager (Remote or Hybrid in Boulder, CO)

The I/O Fund is a technology-focused research firm specializing in AI stocks and crypto. Launched in May 2020, our audited research portfolio reflects five years of transparent performance, delivering a 326% cumulative return since inception – which ranks us above many of Wall Street’s legendary firms. Our work centers on providing data-driven analysis to help investors navigate the volatility and long-term opportunity within the AI market.

I/O Fund is rapidly expanding and looking for a  Content Marketing Operations Manager  to own execution across newsletters, SEO content, and day-to-day marketing operations. This person must be knowledgeable about the public markets, comes with finance experience and/or has a background in the technology stocks.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves  running systems, managing workflows, and keeping publishing engines on track . You’ll work closely with the founding team, manage a distributed group of marketing contractors, and ensure our content and campaigns ship on time and perform.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end  newsletter workflow  using Mailchimp (scheduling, QA, A/B testing, analytics)
  • Oversee  SEO content production  in a headless CMS (Prismic)
  • Manage and optimize organic traffic using  Google Analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools
  • Coordinate content distribution across email, site, and social
  • Track KPIs and report data-driven insights clearly and consistently
  • Setup automation tools and manage KPI dashboards
  • Manage marketing contractors across time zones (writers, editors, designers)
  • Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and production calendars
  • Remove bottlenecks and keep operations running smoothly

Who you are

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, content ops, or a hybrid marketing/ops role
  • Knowledgeable about the public markets, comes with finance experience and/or has a technical background in the tech sector.
  • Data-driven and fluent in automation
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution focused
  • Comfortable managing contractors and deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of written work
  • Familiar with email marketing platforms, analytics, and CMS workflows

Work setup

  • Full-time position; Hybrid in Boulder, CO or Remote will be considered for an exceptional, self-directed candidate who is prepared to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
  • Competitive compensation: $120,000–$140,000 DOE + bonuses + benefits
