About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI-enabled initiatives across Marketing & Communications.
This role will serve as the bridge between Marketing business owners and Technology/AI development teams, helping translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans and moving initiatives from ideation and proof of concept through testing, implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
This is not an AI Engineer or developer position. The ideal candidate understands AI concepts well enough to identify use cases, challenge assumptions, coordinate technical teams, and ensure appropriate privacy, security, governance, and human oversight— but the actual development will be handled by technical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain project and portfolio plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and key decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Security, Testing, vendors, and distributed delivery teams.
- Partner with Marketing stakeholders to define business problems, requirements, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and expected outcomes.
- Identify and manage critical dependencies involving data, integrations, architecture, workflow, and subject-matter expertise.
- Lead AI proofs of concept, rapid prototypes, testing, pilots, implementation, and rollout planning.
- Support responsible AI delivery by incorporating privacy, security, legal, compliance, governance, and human-in-the-loop considerations.
- Coordinate AI initiatives involving content creation, content management, digital marketing, web, social media, CRM, and related marketing technologies.
- Manage budgets, resources, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, gateway reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership regarding progress, risks, decisions, and escalations.
- Support adoption and change management through communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and feedback.
- Coordinate regularly with teams across the U.S., Ireland, and India.
