Position Overview
You will play a key role in supporting clients through health insurance enrollment, eligibility management, and ongoing benefits administration. You will serve as a primary point of contact for health plan support and ensure accurate handling of member information and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with health insurance enrollment and plan updates
• Answer questions related to health, dental, and vision coverage
• Issue ID cards and support member onboarding
• Upload and maintain eligibility files with accuracy
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve coverage issues
• Support open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in insurance, HR, or benefits administration preferred
• Willingness to obtain a 215 insurance license (training provided)
• Willingness to obtain HIPAA clearance
