Outbound Sales Representative (SDR) role at Wing, a company that helps companies build world-class teams and place operations on autopilot. Responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development in the US, UK, and Australian markets.
Requirements
- Contact potential & existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
- Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine the suitability of company products/services to their needs.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify leads in the US, UK, and Australian markets
- Build relationships with prospects through consultative communication and follow-ups
- Set qualified appointments or demos for the Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall sales strategy.
- Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results.
- Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report.
- Conduct general administration tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
