Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you’ll combine data, analytical thinking, and curiosity to drive marketing performance and business growth. You’ll manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms, analyze large datasets, and translate insights into clear business actions.

You’ll analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and drive marketing and business decisions. You’ll own and optimize performance across multiple marketing channels, using data to understand what drives impact and how to continuously improve.

Requirements

• Proven record of exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns and trends, draw conclusions, and translate data into actionable business insights
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and structured thinking
• Strong business orientation and ability to understand how marketing metrics and KPIs connect to broader business performance
• A demonstrated track record of high achievement and excellence
• AI-oriented, with a strong interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, productivity, and decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
