As Marketing Lead, you’ll own the local marketing strategy and drive growth across performance marketing, commercial partnerships, CRM and customer acquisition in the Baltics.

Requirements

• Strong experience in growth marketing, performance marketing and commercial partnerships
• Ability to build marketing strategies that support commercial goals and deliver measurable business impact
• Experience managing and optimising significant paid media budgets across multiple channels
• Experience building partnerships and working closely with commercial teams or key accounts
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and support a team
• Ability to easily communicate in English
