At Wolt, we’re looking for an Account Management Team Lead to lead six Account Managers responsible for a nationwide portfolio of roughly 600 SMB restaurant partners across Denmark. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role for someone who wants to build both people and business results.
Requirements
- Solid experience from account management, sales, customer success or business development.
- Experience leading commercial team members, setting goals, coaching on performance and holding them accountable for results.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen – you are comfortable using dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance data to make decisions.
- Excellent relationship builder who collaborates across Marketing, Operations and Support to deliver outcomes.
- High ownership, bias for action, and a humble, collaborative leadership style.
- Fluent Danish and English skills, both written and spoken.
