Financial Planning Associate Director

As a Financial Planning Associate Director, you will serve as the primary finance business partner to the General Manager and leadership team for the North America region, leading complex financial projects, overseeing financial planning and performance management, and providing expert financial guidance to support strategic decision-making and execution.

• Own regional financial performance management
• Develop and refine advanced financial models
• Drive and continuously improve regional forecasting processes
• Analyze and interpret financial performance
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product, and Operations
• Lead high-impact financial initiatives and projects
• Present clear, actionable financial insights and recommendations
