The Brand Manager will play a critical role in driving the overall growth, performance, and execution of the Woosh Beauty brand across marketing, retail, operations, and distribution.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in brand management, product management, or a related role within consumer goods or beauty
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, beauty, consumer products, retail, or related industries
- Strong understanding of brand growth strategy, retail operations, and financial business management
- Experience managing or influencing brand P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, or profitability initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, retail, operations, and distribution teams
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors, retailers, agencies, or supply chain partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
