Customer Success Manager

Workato is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Commercial Customer Success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer success and adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. This is a full-time role based in Alabang, Philippines.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers
  • Provide technical Workato product expertise
  • Be the expert in deployment models and governance structures
  • Educate People, Marketing, Sales, Customer and Finance Operations
  • Develop and implement processes and programs
  • Actively coach and mentor the broader CSM team
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation when customer issues arise
  • Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team decision-making and product roadmap
  • Become the trusted customer advisor and be the customer advocate within Workato
