Workato is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Commercial Customer Success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer success and adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. This is a full-time role based in Alabang, Philippines.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers
- Provide technical Workato product expertise
- Be the expert in deployment models and governance structures
- Educate People, Marketing, Sales, Customer and Finance Operations
- Develop and implement processes and programs
- Actively coach and mentor the broader CSM team
- Serve as the primary point of escalation when customer issues arise
- Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team decision-making and product roadmap
- Become the trusted customer advisor and be the customer advocate within Workato
