FP&A Manager

Workato is seeking a sharp, commercially-minded FP&A Manager to serve as the dedicated finance business partner to its Sales organization. The role will involve providing financial guidance, analyzing sales data, and driving expense planning and cost management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive finance experience, strong financial modeling skills, and proficiency in pulling and analyzing data from BI tools and CRM platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong financial modeling skills and fluency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Proficiency in pulling and analyzing data from BI tools and CRM platforms
• Solid understanding of SaaS or B2B revenue metrics and sales compensation mechanics
• Exceptional communication skills
