UGC & Creator Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a UGC & Creator Partnerships Manager to own our creator ecosystem end to end, managing the process from sourcing talent to delivering final content.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing UGC, influencer, or creator partnerships — agency experience preferred
• Strong written communication; can write a compelling, clear brief without hand-holding
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel
• Familiar with DTC eCommerce brands and paid social creative (Meta, TikTok)
• Experience using project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday, etc.)
