WorkMotion is looking for a Junior Customer Success Account Manager to join their team. The role involves nurturing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for employing abroad, and gathering feedback to optimize the service experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles
- Language: English excellent verbal and written communication abilities, German – is a big plus
- Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
- Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters!
- Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction
- Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs
