WorkMotion is seeking a Jr Customer Success Account Manager to join their team. As a remote company, WorkMotion offers a flexible work environment and a range of benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining client relationships, facilitating onboarding and product usage, and driving client retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles
  • Language: English excellent verbal and written communication abilities, German – is a big plus
  • Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
  • Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters!
  • Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction
  • Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs
  • Team Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction
