Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and creating new business opportunities. You’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers while partnering closely with Marketing and Sales to accelerate revenue growth.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and sales metrics
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence decision-makers across multiple levels of an organization
- Experience managing prospecting activities, account development, and opportunity qualification
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar tools
