Role Overview
The IT Product Owner, Product Operations will partner with Product Managers and business leaders to translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps. They will create and maintain detailed rollout plans, action logs, dependency trackers, risk registers, and status reports. The role requires experience working in Property & Casualty insurance environments, a strong understanding of insurance policy administration, underwriting, rating, or operational workflows, and experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
What You Will Do
The IT Product Owner, Product Operations will prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, regulatory requirements, and delivery considerations. They will facilitate decision-making, remove blockers impacting delivery, and monitor sprint and release progress to ensure initiatives remain on track.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles
- Experience working in Property & Casualty insurance environments (Personal Lines Preferred)
- Strong understanding of insurance policy administration, underwriting, rating, or operational workflows
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
- Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
