Marketing Proposal Coordinator – Strategic Growth Team

WSP is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join the Strategic Growth Team (SGT) supporting the Property & Buildings business line. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or closely related field
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing the pursuit development process from creation through submission
• 3+ years of experience with experience in editing, proofing and advanced sales and business development skills
• Thorough understanding of business line and approach to the marketplace
• Strong communications experience with the ability to articulate technical ideas with clarity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs
