Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst leads analyses behind high-stakes decisions, applies statistics, and owns the health of the reporting estate. The role applies to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and requires expertise in SQL, data modelling, and dashboard craft.

What You Will Do

Design and run analyses, lead framing of ambiguous business problems, set and maintain analytical and visual standards, lead usage-based rationalisation, mentor junior analysts, and coach business users.

Requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
• 6 or more years in data analysis or business analytics
• Expert SQL on large datasets
• Data modelling literacy
• Dashboard craft in Databricks AI/BI dashboards or an equivalent modern BI tool
• Observability tracking, event logging, and sessionised data experience
• A track record of presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
