Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, Fashion, Home, and Interiors will join Pantone’s growing Marketing Team and play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, adoption, and growth across our Fashion, Home + Interiors business. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Creative, the Pantone Color InstituteTM, and regional teams, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that protect and grow Pantone’s established physical standards business while building demand for digital solutions, color intelligence, paid partnerships, consulting services, workflow integrations, and other emerging offerings relevant to the Fashion, Home + Interiors customer ecosystem.

What You Will Do

A typical day will look like: Partner with Product Management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, services, and solutions across Fashion, Home + Interiors. Own integrated marketing plans that support the performance of Pantone’s core portfolio while driving awareness, adoption, and growth of new and evolving offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, fashion merchandising, design, interior design, textile design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5–8 years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience within fashion, textiles or related design fields.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies, go-to-market programs, and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Creative, e-commerce, regional teams, and external partners.
  • Experience using digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, email, analytics, social, or performance-measurement platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, e-commerce, email marketing, analytics, social media channels, and performance measurement.
