Xplor Technologies is looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join their growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. The role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
