Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated, self-driven sales professional to join their Xplor Pay Direct Sales team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions. The role offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, flexible schedule, and sales training and mentorship provided.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
