Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated sales professional to join their Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. The role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals. The position offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, flexible schedule, and sales training and mentorship provided.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
