Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated sales professional to join their Xplor Pay Direct Sales team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the payment processing industry, and be comfortable with face-to-face selling. The role offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, a flexible schedule, and the potential to earn $100K+ annually.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
