Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join their Direct Sales team. The role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals. The position offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
