Xplor Technologies is looking for an Account Executive to join their Direct Sales team. The role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and commissions. The position offers flexible scheduling, sales training, and mentorship, with a focus on residual income and portfolio ownership.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
