We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling payment processing solutions to businesses, educating them on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions. You will also have flexible scheduling and be part of a team that values independence, self-motivation, and goal-oriented individuals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
