Requirements
- Active sales of pump systems and associated spare parts
- Strategic expansion and development of the rental business
- Attracting new customers and professional customer management and development
- Independent planning and control of sales activities including the development of regional market potential
- Analysis of existing installations and customer-specific challenges directly on site
- Development of technical and economic solutions for water conservation and service assignments
- Advice to municipalities, industry companies, construction companies, engineering offices and plant operators at a high professional level
- Creation, presentation and follow-up of complex offers and technical concepts
- Conducting contract negotiations and responsibility for the successful completion of projects
- Representation of the company at customers, on construction sites, as well as at trade fairs and events
- Close and trust-based cooperation with internal departments such as service, technology and product management
- Active use and maintenance of CRM systems as well as creation of well-founded sales and forecast plans
- Regular reporting of relevant KPIs as well as analysis and further development of sales performance
