Manager, Digital Operations

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Operations to lead the strategic leadership, management, and optimization of all digital operational processes across YAA and the countries. The role will ensure that YAA’s business digital infrastructure, platforms, and workflows are robust, agile, and aligned with overall organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in operational leadership roles within digital, technology, or innovation driven environments
• Understanding of digital platforms, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Proven ability to inspire, motivate, collaborate and lead cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experienced with stakeholder management
