Yoco is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, connecting, and qualifying leads for the sales process, with a focus on qualifying sales appointment bookings for inside and outside conversion teams. The role requires 2-5 years of SDR, sales, or support experience, as well as hands-on experience with multiple customer engagement techniques.
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ SDR, sales or support experience
- Hands-on experience with multiple customer engagement techniques
- Knowledge of the payments industry, understanding software and hardware functionality and features
- Customer centric individual with a true love for both brand and business development.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to rapidly pick up and apply product knowledge
- Strong customer engagement, presentation skills & communication skills (verbal and written).
